We all know about the amazing technique called ‘Stack and Whack’ . This is our variation on it. The best thing about it is that we don’t have to whack the fabric. Lucky for us, Moda has done the hard stuff for us! 🙂 (thank you Moda) Aren’t you just loving these turnovers?! So many new things to do with them!

On the machine today was a custom ordered quilt ALL the way from Sweden. Crazy-cool, huh!? We are thrilled to have the opportunity to make them something special, that fits exactly what they want.
Jenny does amazing work and put this together beautifully. She used the fabric from the Morris Workshop, by Moda. Then machine quilted it using the Feather Meander pattern.
This is a look-see at it right off the machine and trimmed. Only thing left is the binding. Isn’t she a beauty?! We can hardly wait to ship her off to Sweden! Seriously….How COOL is that!?!??!
DO you think they’d notice if I packed myself? Come to think of it….Maybe this quilt should be hand delivered? Hmmm, I think that’s a great idea! 🙂 [i wish!]
you know…April Cornell. 🙂 (har-har) I just couldn’t resist any longer. I just had to rip open a honey-bun. Oh the possibilities I have found playing with the beautiful color combinations.

Wow, hard to believe that Jelly Roll week is coming to a close! Darn, but like Moda Lissa said, every week is a jelly roll week! 🙂 Let’s be honest….we are all addicted to those sweet rolls of 2-1/2 inch bliss.
