In February, Jenny made a Sweet Treats quilt using Cake Mix Recipe 1 by Moda. It was so quick and easy, we just had to try another Recipe!
This week Jenny is using Recipe 2 to make Tea Cakes. This block reminds me of a sweet little bear claw, and it comes together in a flash – with minimal waste! Click HERE to watch the tutorial!
The Drunkard’s Path is a classic block and we have found a fun and simple spin to create a whole new block. We use all the same items as we would in a classic Drunkard’s Path but we have just added a couple 2.5″ squares.

It’s March, and I’ve got shamrocks and leprechauns on my mind. But when it comes to quilting projects, I like something that can be used throughout the year.
Today’s new quilt, Emerald Isle, is a fun choice for St Patrick’s Day with its rainbow-hued diamonds and vibrant green border. It is festive without being too “theme-y,” so you can use it in any season.

The next Summer Olympics will take place in 2020. If I start practicing now, I might be ready to compete in my favorite event: ribbon dancing! All I need is a sparkly costume and 20 feet of satin ribbon. Oh, and a bit of superhuman strength & agility. (A girl can dream, right?)
This week, we’re working on The Ribbon Dance Quilt. Click HERE to see how easy it is to create the look of a beautiful, twirling ribbon. This one is gold-medal worthy for sure!

I’m an excellent cook – as long as the recipe is easy to follow! Break it down into easy-to-follow steps, and I’m sure I could conquer even those most intricate of dishes. (But leave me to my own devices, and we might have to call in pizza for dinner!)
Today we’re working on a brand new kind of “recipe,” Cake Mix Recipes by Miss Rosie’s Quilt Co for Moda. These pattern pages sit on top of your 10 inch squares to guide you every step of the way.
