Flower Glass Quilt Tutorial

Today is the winter solstice—the shortest day of the year. Jack Frost has officially arrived with his chilly days and long, icy nights. But believe it or not, there are a few flowers that manage to thrive in the midst of such inhospitable weather!

English primrose brightens even the grayest winter day. Pansies add a splash of color against the pure white snow. But my favorite blooms of all are found on Jenny’s new Flower Glass quilt. These simple petals and hourglass blocks will keep you cozy all winter long!

Winter Wall Hanging

Decking the halls is delightful; putting it all away after Christmas is the pits. But..what if your holiday decor could stretch all the way through winter? I’m here to say, it totally can! Jenny’s Winter Wall Hanging is festive enough for Christmas, but you can leave it up all the way to spring!

This cheery project combines several fun-to-make elements: easy present blocks, little wonky stars, a simple evergreen tree, and a pair of fuzzy-bearded gnomes that will look as stylish in February as they do on December 25th!

Here Comes the Sun Quilt

Are you a morning person? Consider yourself lucky! While the rest of the neighborhood is snoozing away, you get to enjoy one of the greatest shows on earth: sunrise! It only lasts a moment, but those pretty shades of orange and gold are like a cheery “Good morning!” from the sun!

Christmas Tree Quilt

Christmastime is full of magic, even for quilters! Don’t believe me? Watch as Jenny transforms a simple pack of green 10-inch squares into TWO gorgeous Christmas tree quilts! If that’s not magic, I don’t know what is!
