One of my favorite things about quilting is how many simple, basic quilt blocks you can put together to create a completely awe inspiring design that is completely unique and your own. Even just changing the fabrics can transform a simple half square triangle quilt into a masterpiece! This tutorial is no exception. What looks like an intricate design is just a HST block snowballed on one side! Isn’t it beautiful? You can make it too!

It’s a darling quilt from the cover of the Quilts and More magazine…I was looking at it and realized that it was made with half square triangles. Wow! I thought, I could do this with a charm pack.
