giveaway-babyYeah that’s right…..our first ever GIVEAWAY!!!  For your sewing pleasure I give you an April Cornell Natures Chorus Layer cake and Jelly roll. And  a Better Homes and Gardens, American Patchwork & Quilting Magazine, that is full of cute projects and ideas.

I am so excited about this I can’t stand it!! {really, i want to jump up and down….A LOT}

So…..here is the deal.  Leave me a comment.  Tell me what you like about this place and what you want to see more of.  If you blog about it on your blog(and link back to here)  you will get a double entry.  (make sure you mention that in the comments!!)   I will close the giveaway Thursday (march 5th) at 12am, and announce the winner on Friday March 6….

    WOW!!!!What a neat giveaway…….I love this website. Being a beginner, I especially like the tutorials. I check this site daily. I also love the pictures. I have just started looking at the blogroll. It is pretty cool too. I am a brand new blogger, so don’t know for sure how to link, but I will certainly try to figure it out.     So you guys know you want to pick me! Sarah i especially love the tutorials…seriously. I have no idea what to do with jelly rolls and all the stuff and it excites to crap out of me to go snag some up and start making some easy quilts after seeing those.     WOW, WOW, WOW!! Your gifting is spectacular!!! Idea for site: I would love to see examples of different styles of couching (i.e. — on seams, not on seams, random, in a pattern, just a variety of embleshments using couching). I am just about getting brave enough to try it, but am feeling all thumbs, so end up backing away and going to another project. But I really want to couch with confidence — not there yet!!!

    Oh I so hope I win, visions of this beautiful fabric and book are dancing in my head.
    I like the overall friendliness of your site, and the prices seem very reasonable – especially the $5 shipping.
    The main thing I would change about the site would be to photo ALL the fabric in each pack and list the colors. I know some are already photographed and that is just great. But then I’ll click on another I’m really interested in and all I’ll see is the top fabric, or the edges of the fabric. This makes it REALLY hard to make a purchase and is a major deterrent. Internet shopping is ALL about the price you can get (including shipping), the ease of getting it, and being able to really see and trust the product.
