Emerald Isle Quilt

It’s March, and I’ve got shamrocks and leprechauns on my mind. But when it comes to quilting projects, I like something that can be used throughout the year.

Today’s new quilt, Emerald Isle, is a fun choice for St Patrick’s Day with its rainbow-hued diamonds and vibrant green border. It is festive without being too “theme-y,” so you can use it in any season.

Ribbon Dance Quilt Tutorial

The next Summer Olympics will take place in 2020. If I start practicing now, I might be ready to compete in my favorite event: ribbon dancing! All I need is a sparkly costume and 20 feet of satin ribbon. Oh, and a bit of superhuman strength & agility. (A girl can dream, right?)

The Dizzy Daisy

April showers bring May flowers, but we want blooms now! So even though our tulips are snoozing under a foot of snow, we’re stitching up a garden of pretty petals!
