According to science, you are a terrible multitasker. (We all are!) Studies show it’s best to focus on just one task. Until today, that is.
Today Jenny will show you how to whip up 3 different blocks all at once: Square in a square, broken dishes, and chevron. (The secret? They’re all made from half-square triangles! Easy peasy!) Click HERE to watch the tutorial!
When it comes to tying knots, I’m all thumbs! I never can remember which end goes over and which goes around. Frankly, it’s no small miracle my shoes stay laced!
But this week’s Square Knot quilt is so quick and easy, you’ll be whipping up those “knots” faster than a well-seasoned sailor! Click HERE to watch the tutorial!
It’s the spookiest time of the year. Wicked witches, grinning skeletons, and…curved piecing!
Just kidding! Curved piecing is nothing to fear! With Jenny’s guidance and our easy-to-use Drunkards Path template, you’ll be zipping around your Wandering Star curves faster than you can say, “Trick or treat!”
(This quilt will be featured in Volume 6 Issue 6 of BLOCK Magazine. Subscribe now to receive this issue in December!)
When I was a child, my grandparents gave me a brand new stuffed bunny for my birthday. He was white with blue and purple ears and thus, I named him Jelly Bean. For many years, he was my good friend. We read bedtime stories, snuggled together for movies, and hosted the best tea parties.
As I grew older, I played with him less and eventually stored him away. Today, Jelly Bean sits on a shelf in the back corner of my closet, but I still hold his memories dear and I cannot bring myself to get rid of him.

Because when those pieces are rearranged and stitched back together, you’ll have a gorgeous, super-intricate block that looks like a million bucks!
