Some fun things around the web….

I thought today I would share with you all a few things I’ve seen around the Internet.  You know, the last minute Christmas ideas.  And of course just some random funnies as well!  We could all use a few more gift ideas, right.

Moda Lissa had me laughing like crazy this morning!!  Was definitely ROFL and CGU.  I’m just glad I didn’t WTFA!  Haha!

I hope that this weekend you are able to finish all your ‘stuff’ so you can relax and enjoy next week!  🙂  We just love you all so much and appreciate the great customers FRIENDS that you’ve all become!

We have the BEST customers!

We get lots of emails form our wonderful customers asking questions and showing off projects!  We are so proud of each of them and we just LOVE hearing from you all.  So I thought I would start posting and showing you all the fun quilts that I get stories about and pictures of!

Here is one from Bunny.  Her email is as follows:

Sarah and your great staff:  I’m finally finished with the Minkee Coin Quilt!  Wasn’t sure I could do it but, Hurrah!  Thanks for the great pattern from Dawn on your site, the wonderful Minkee squares, and the perfect charm packs  to make it possible.

This quilt is for Keri Ann born on Sept. 1st and she is my best friend – Carol’s first grandchild.  Carol still has the baby quilt I made for her son J.B. 35 years ago, and he is the Daddy of this new little girl.  I’m very pleased.  Thanks you for all your help.

A Half Moon idea….{a jelly roll and charm pack}

Check out how cute this quilt turned out!  We used a Half  Moon Charm pack and a Jelly Roll, and just a tiny bit of Bella Solid Gray and WOW.  I am IN LOVE with the way this quilt turned out.   The lighting on the picture is bad (sorry) but I just had to show you this quilt.  It is for a girl whose colors are ‘ black and silver’ and I think this fits the bill!!

What projects are you working on?  The Christmas rush is now officially ON!  Are you prepared or running around like crazy trying to get it all done?  We have a few more ideas running through our minds that we will hopefully get done in time…..
