The Grinch meets Kate Spain.  And they got along so well!  :)  We are putting together a quilt using the Kate Spain Flurry layer cake and one Robert Kaufman ‘How the Grinch stole Christmas’ Fat quarter pack!  We also used both sizes of Natalie’s tumbler templates!  (the 5″ and the 10″)

So, if you have both those templates BE READY!  We will write up the directions and tutorial this baby as soon as we’re done!

    Here in Iowa it’s HOT~HOT ~HOT~, too!!  Great time to stay indoors and enjoy the AC.  Also, think snow, cold, and Christmas – I see that you guys are doing that with your Christmas quilt.  As my husband and I walked yesterday, we talked about how COLD it was a few months ago; it made the heat just a bit more bearable.  :)

    I’m making a quilt for a sick friend. I want people to sign it after it is completed. Are there certain materials I should use? Will washing ruin it?  I’m new to quilting and I love it! I sit for hours watching and re-watching your tutorials. Thank You!
