New Friday Tutorial: The Prairie Flower Quilt

I just love the look of quilts that have the most beautiful flower quilt patterns… they just always look so difficult to achieve! That’s why we’ve adapted this gorgeous Prairie Flower Quilt to be made with our best friends, precuts! This one in particular is made with 10″ squares and the result is just stunning!

Such an easy way to make this Prairie Flower Quilt! FREE Video Tutorial using Precuts!

Here is your basic supply list as well as the finished size of the quilt if you want to make it exactly the way that Jenny Doan made it!

What a darling block! When I watched the tutorial a few minutes ago and I got this image of a white and blue table runner in my head. So that’s might what I will do next week. Despite a lot of other stuff on my to-sew-list 🙂

This would make a beautiful table runner for sure, @TextilaErika!

Thank you for this great video! What size is the outer border? Looks like maybe 5 inches? I am making this quilt with a stack of Aloha Girl by Fig Tree & Co. A little summer in the midst of all this snow.

Hi Jenny! Love this quilt. I ordered the fabrics and am excited to get started. In the tutorial, you did not say what size you cut your cornerstone squares and sashing strips. What are the size of the cornerstones and the width of the sashing strips that you used in your quilt? Thanks a million!

I love watching these videos. I’ve learned so much, and made so many quilts thanks to you. I never thought I’d be a quilter and I love it. Thank you so very much.
