Thanks to niki in the community forum for bringing this to my attention, but Stephanie @ loft creations has a really great Dresden Plate Tutorial that makes it look a little more manageable and a lot less intimidating :D

We love it so much we’re getting the rulers to sell in the shop and will have Jenny show us how to make it all go in a video.  Hopefully we’ll all have AMAZING success stories to share in a few weeks!!

Anyway, back to vacation! :)

It does look easy. I clicked on the site in the forum. Glad you are getting the rulers. I may have to have one. It makes a really pretty quilt. Hope the vacation is going good too. I knew you couldn’t stay away from this blog for long. LOL!!!!!!!!! I know I can’t.

I am so happy when I found that blog. I am glad that the girls here are finding it useful. I have finished two Dresden plates (5 inch size blade) and they are so pretty! They go together pretty fast too!

Thank you so much for your tutorials on You-tube. I made my first Quilt and it is posted on my blog using the Fence rail & Nine patch videos and also finished it off by the help of your binding and trimming videos.

heres the link to my first Quilt…. oh and its Barbie sized as my budget will not allow full sized quilting. ;)
