Blue Sage Grand Opening!

Blue Sage Grand Opening!

We couldn’t be more excited to introduce you all to our new friend in Hamilton, Chef Chad Rigby.

Chad and his team have been working hard for many months to make Hamilton’s newest restaurant, Blue Sage, a reality. Blue Sage is getting ready for their grand opening weekend, September 26th and 27th!

Chef Chad Rigby - Blue Sage

Chef Chad Rigby has had a passion for food his whole life and has been fortunate enough to work in this fast growing industry for the past 15 years. Before moving to Missouri to be executive chef at Blue Sage, Chad worked as an executive Sous Chef in Salt Lake City, Utah. Here’s what Chad has to say about Blue Sage:

“Blue Sage is the perfect date night or relaxed dining experience. I want people to be able to come experience cuisine that is familiar but made with a Blue Sage twist. Food, done right, should be an adventure!”

Well said, Chad!

There’s never been anything like Blue Sage in Hamilton. Just take a look at this amazing interior! We couldn’t be more thrilled.

I have eaten there twice and highly recommend it. Priced right, delightful, somewhat whimsical presentations, mouthwatering foods that please the palate, and the hometown friendliness and atmosphere tops all. Don’t miss this Hamilton offering!

Enjoyed one of the best meals ever here…it was our 11th Anniversary, and we wanted to spend it at a local place. I have to be honest…my son and his wife are associates of this establishment…however…had I not known that it was my own son that had prepared this amazing meal?…I I would have still given this restaurant Five Stars. I am going back again to sample the Chefs’ offerings…I am pleased to say that I am proud to live in a community that offers such wonderful fare…I am looking forward to the Halibut….~!

Highly recommended! Five-star cuisine at affordable prices. A real jewel in Hamilton – if you are within 100 miles, visit Hamilton, Missouri Star Quilt Co., and the Blue Sage.

Oh my! I had the chicken pot pie and was so pleased with the dish – from the plating to the last bite. Delicate crust, creamy sauce, loads of chicken and veggies. Blue Sage is a gem. Thank you.

We stopped in and ate dinner before the high school football game last night. It was delicious!

My husband, daughter and I visited Hamilton about a month ago from Virginia. I could not wait to try Blue Sage. It was more than I anticipated. All the food was delicious. My husband still talks about the chicken pot pie and my oh my the Pumpkin tart was heavenly. If you travel to Hamilton the Blue Sage should be a must to stop and eat while fabric shopping.
