A Lovely tree….
by sarah
Oh my, we had so much fun putting this together! WE used a bag of scraps….you know those bits and pieces you save for that ’someday’ project…..Well, this is it. It was fast and easy and oh so cute!
We cut up different sized hearts and a tree trunk. Then just ironed it onto fabric, did a small border and framed it. I am still trying to decide between leaving it framed or making it into a pillow. What do you think?

I LOVE it in the frame!! I can also see it as a pillow, with a ruffled edge. Hard choice to make.

I love the frame. Black, red, and white always make a wonderful combination.
I personally see the tree on a shirt for my mom with one of the grandkids names written on each of the top hearts.

What a great idea for a teacher Valentine card! Each child’s name on a heart!

Sarah – I missed seeing you at the shop last week when I was in MO. Your expansion of room and products is fab!! Can’t wait to stitch together the stuff I purchased! (I returned to VA and 11 inches of snow – good day to sit at the sewing machine!)
